What's included in the free trial?
Your first class is completely free — no credit card required. You'll get a warm welcome from a trainer, a quick studio tour, and a feel for our community. Come as you are, in whatever shape you're in.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. We'll ask why you're leaving (your feedback helps), but there are no hidden fees or multi-month commitments. Train with us because you want to, not because you're trapped.
How many people are in a typical class?
Classes cap at 20–25 people depending on the format. Small enough that trainers know your name and can offer cues; big enough that group energy is real.
What should I bring to my first class?
Water bottle and towel. We have dumbbells, barbells, yoga mats, medicine balls, and spin bikes ready to go. Wear something you can move in. Leave the ego at the door.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Life happens — injury, travel, work chaos. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time, no penalty. Just let us know in advance.
Do you offer personal training?
Absolutely. Elite members get 2 sessions per month included. All members can book additional 1:1s at $75/session. Your trainer will build a plan around your specific goals.
